Section 9: Power to remove difficulties

The Pariyaram Medical College and Hospital (Transfer for Administration) Act, 2001State Act of Kerala · Act 15 of 2001

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, as occasion requires, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to them to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date on which this Act came into force.
