Section 9: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Payment of Arrears of Rent in Instalments Act, 1979State Act of Kerala · Act 29 of 1979

(1) The Kerala Payment of Arrears of Rent in Instalments Ordinance, 1979 (10 of 1979), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
