Section 3: Authorised officers and appellate Authorities

The Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986State Act of Kerala · Act 35 of 1986

(1) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint such officers not below the rank of a Ranger as they think fit to be authorized officers for the purposes of this Act and may assign to them such local limits as the Government think fit.
