Section 10: Examination by the Veterinary Surgeon

The Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases Act, 1967State Act of Kerala · Act 4 of 1967

On receipt of a report under sub-section

(2) of section 9, the Veterinary Surgeon shall as soon as possible examine the animal and may also examine all animals with which it has been in contact or in close proximity and for this purpose may subject any such animal to any test which the Government may prescribe in this behalf.
