Subject to such rules as may be made by the Government in this behalf, the Veterinary Surgeon may make, or cause to be made, a post-mortem examination of any animal which at the time of its death was infective or is suspected to have been then infective, and for this purpose, he may cause the carcass of any such animal to be exhumed.
