lf, after such examination, the Veterinary Surgeon-
(a) is of opin wn that the animal is not mfective, the Inspector shall forthwith return it to the person who, in hi'l opinion, is entitled to its possession: · / Provided that where such person cannot without undue inconvenience be found, the Inspector shall send the animal to the nearca• ~-------------------------------------------------- 140 cattle-pound or deal with it in such other manne1· as may be prescribed;
(b) certifies in writing that the animal is infective though not aff<"cted with a Scheduled d1sease, the animal shall be dealt with in such manner as may be prescribed;
(c) certifies in writing that the animal is infective having been affected with a Scheduled disease, the animal shall be destroyed or dealt with in such other manner as may be prescribed.
