Section 33: Amendment of the Schedule

The Kerala Preventlon and Control of Animal Diseases Act, 1967State Act of Kerala · Act 4 of 1967

(!) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, include in the Schedule any disease affecting animals which, in the1r opinion, it is necessary or expedient so to include, and thereupon all the provisions of this Act shall apply to that disease also.

(2) The Government may, by like notification, omit any disease from the Schedule and on the publication of such notification, such disease shall cease to be a Scheduled disease.
