Section 19: Protection of action taken under the Act

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission or a Commissioner or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in section 7 in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
(2) No proceeding of the Commission shall be held invalid for want of form and, except on the ground of jurisdiction, no proceeding or decision of the Commission shall be liable to be challenged, review or called in question in any court.
