Section 21: Power to delegate

The Kerala Public Men (Prevention of Corruption) Act, 1983State Act of Kerala · Act 6 of 1984

The Commission may, by general or special order in writing, direct that any powers conferred or duties imposed on it by or under this Act (except the power to make investigation or to report to the Government) may also be exercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees or agencies referred to in section 7, as may be specified in the order.
