ln this' Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- ( a) " Electricity Board '.' means the Kerala State Electricity Board constituted under section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948;

(b) " Public Service Commission " means the Kerala Public Service Commission.
