Section 5: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) Act, 1970State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1970

(1) The Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions) Ordinance, 1969 (8 of 1969) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 17th day of December, 1969.
