Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Services Under Local Authorities) Act, 1973State Act of Kerala · Act 23 of 1973

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Services under Local Authorities) Act, 1973.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
