Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Services Under the Kerala Administrative Tribunal) Act, 2017State Act of Kerala · Act 17 of 2017

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Kerala Administrative Tribunal) Act, 2017.

(2) It shall come into force on such date1 as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
