Section 17: Mode of recovery of money from ration dealers

The Kerala Ration Dealers’ Welfare Fund ActState Act of Kerala · Act 16 of 1998

Any amount due from a ration dealer in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the Scheme may, if the amount is in arrears, be recovered together with interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum, compounded annually, in the same manner as an arrear of public revenue due on land.
