Section 25: Power to order inquiry

The Kerala Ration Dealers’ Welfare Fund ActState Act of Kerala · Act 16 of 1998

(1) The Government may, at any time appoint an officer, not below the rank of a Special Secretary to Government to inquire into the working of the Managing Committee and to submit a report to the Government.

(2) The Managing Committee shall give the person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of the inquiry and furnish to him such documents, accounts and information in the possession of the Managing Committee, as he may require.
