No person other than the agent or a sub-agent shall have in his possess•on, at any time, raw cashew· 0 nuts i' excess of the quantity of fifty kilogrdms:

Provided that notl ing conta;ned in this sec~ ion shall apply to raw () cashewnuts sold to any cashe\\ factory under section 11 and kept 1n that factory.

5 Price to h_e paid by agenJ and sub-agents.- (1) When raw cashewnuts are tendered to the agt'nt or a sub·agcnt by or on behalf of a cultivator, the agent or such sub-agent shall pay the price thereof at the rate notified for the locality under sub-section (2).

(2) For the purposes of sub·section (1), the Government shall, frorn time to time, no1ify the prices of raw cashew\'nuts in the d1fferent localitlr·J in the State, in such mann~r as they th1nk fit.

(S) The agent or a sub-agent shall not refuse to purchase any rnw cashewnut tendered to him by or on behalf of a cultivator.
