Section 5: Correction of clerzcal mistake in register

The prescribed officer may, on application made to him in this behalf or on his own mot1on, within one year from the date of final publication of the record of rights under sub-section (2) of section 4, correct any entry in such record which he is satisfied has been made owing to a clerical mistake.
