Section 10: Certificate of Registration

The Kerala Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1991State Act of Kerala · Act 17 of 1991

The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is refused under section 11 direct that the name and the particulars of the hotel and the hotelkeeper be entered in the register maintained for the purpose and shall issue a certificate of registration to the hotel-keeper in the prescribed form.
