Section 25: Travel agent not to receive or demand tips

The Kerala Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1991State Act of Kerala · Act 17 of 1991

No travel agent shall receive or demand any tips, gratuity, presents or commission other than that permissible under this Act from any person engaging him or from any hotel-keeper in whose hotel such person resides or intends to reside.
