Section 30: Certificate not to be assigned

The Kerala Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1991State Act of Kerala · Act 17 of 1991

Any person who lends, transfers or assigns the certificate of registration issued under this Act, shall be liable to punishment with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine not exceeding Rs. 2,000 or with both.
