Section 23: Remooal of di.fficulties

The Kerala Road Fund Act, 2001State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2001

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of thts Act, the Government may, a:. occasion may require, by order. do anything not mconsistentwith this Actorthe rules made thereunder, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.

Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the lapse o[ '.two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the St<:>.tc Legi<Jla ture. •
