Section 15: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Self Financing College Teaching and Non- Teaching Employees (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 13 of 2021

(1) The Kerala Self Financing College Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 (95 of 2021) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
