Section 32: Power to remove difficulties

Kerala Sick Textile Undertakings(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1985(27 of 1985)State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 1985

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order not inconsistent with the provisions this Act, remove such difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
