Section 22: Reviston of decrees and orders of Courts of Small Ca.uses

The Kerala Small Cause Courts Act, 1957 (President's Act No.8 of 1957)State Act of Kerala · Act 8 of 1957

The High Court, for the purpose of satisfying itself that a decree or order made in any case decided by a Court of Small Causes was accordmg to law, may c::!n for the case and pass such order with respect thereto as it thmks fit.

; 23. Finahtu of decrees and orders.-Save as provided by this Act, a decree or order made under the foregoing provisiOns of this Act by a Court of Small Causes shall be final.
