Section 28: Savmg of power to appotnt Judge of Court of Small Causes to other office

(1) Nothmg m this Act shall be con­ strued to prevent the appomtment of a person who is a Judge or Additional Judge of a Court of Small Causes to be also a Judge of any other Civil Court or to be a Magistrate of any class or to hold any other public office.

(2) When a Judge or Additional Judge 1s so appointed, the ministenal officers of his Court shall, subJeCt to llny rules which the Government may make m this behalf, be deemed to be minis­ terial officers appomted to aid him m the discharge of the duties of the other office.
