Section 28: Power to remove difficulties

The Kerala Small Plantation Workers' Welfare Fund Act 2008State Act of Kerala · Act 18 of 2008

(1) Where any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act which appear to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
