Section 9: Appointment of officers and staff

The Kerala Small Plantation Workers' Welfare Fund Act 2008State Act of Kerala · Act 18 of 2008

(1) The Government may appoint a Chief Executive Officer and such number of other officers and employees as may consider necessary for carrying out the functions of the Board under this Act.

(2) The conditions of appointment, service and the scales of pay of the officers and employees referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such, as may be prescribed.
