Explanation —For the purposes of this section -
(a)1 company means a company as defined in section 3 of the Companies 4ct, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956) and includes in it a ,firm or a - t: Co-operatxvd Society or , other association of individuals and
(b)/ director in relation to a firm means a partner in the firm R. (2) Whenever any1 delegation of power is made under sub-section (1) the person Ito whom such power has beeq delegated shall act under the direction, j.j control ani suervision of the State Government 32 -Power to remove dfJIculties —If any difficulty arises in giving effect to he prvisions of this Act, the Stats Government may by order not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove such difficulty
