Section 35: The term of office of members of the Finance Council

The Sreenarayanaguru Open University Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 2021

The term of office of nominated members of the Finance Council shall be two years from the date of nomination.

The term of office of members other than ex-officio members of the Finance Council shall be co-terminus with the office they hold in the University or in the authority of the University.

The Finance Officer shall take step to reconstitute the Finance Council three months prior to the expiration of the term.
