Section 19: Power of Government to adjust security during currency of loans

The Kerala State Aid to Industries Act, 1963State Act of Kerala · Act 34 of 1963

If at any time the amount of any loan outstanding together with such interest as may be due thereon on account of any State aid given is found to exceed the percentage fixed under sub-section (1) of section 13, the Government may either recover so much of such balance as is in excess of such percentage or take such additional or collateral security as they may deem sufficient.
