Section 32: Revision

The Kerala State Aid to Industries Act, 1963State Act of Kerala · Act 34 of 1963

The Government may on application made within three months from the date of the order of the sanctioning authority other than the Government or suo motu at any time, revise any order passed by such sanctioning authority under this chapter:

Provided that no order in revision shall be passed without giving an opportunity to show cause to the party who may be affected by the order.

Subject to such revision, the order of the sanctioning authority shall be final.
