The Madras State Aid to Industries Act, 1922 (Madras Act V of 1923), as in force in the Malabar District referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956, and the Travancore-Cochin State Aid to Industries Act, 1952 (Act XIX of 1952), are hereby repealed.
