Section 19: Repeal and saving

The Kerala State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993State Act of Kerala · Act 11 of 1993

(1) The Kerala State Commission for Backward Classes Ordinance, 1993 (Ordinance No. 5 of 1993) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
