_( I) When ;tny housing or improvement scheme has been framed, the Board shall prepare a notice to that eflèct and specify,.-

(a) the boundaries of the area comprised in the scheme, and

(h) the place or places at which particular's of the scheuie, a map of the area, and details of the land which it is proposed to acquire and of the land in regard to which it is proposed to recover a betterinett iie, Jzlay be scott at reasonable hours.

(2) The Board shall- [(a) cause the said notice to be published in the Gazette or in two daily news lap having wide circulation in the locality in which the area CompriSed Iii the scheme is situate, specifying the period up, to which the objections will be received ; and

(b) scud a copy of the notice to the local ai.ttliority concerned .;
