Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Kerala State Rural Development Board Act, 1971State Act of Kerala · Act 15 of 1971

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala State Rural Development Board Act, 1971.

(2) It extends to all the Panchayat areas in the State of Kerala.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
