Section 10: Board’s power to raise loans

The Kerala State Rural Development Board Act, 1971State Act of Kerala · Act 15 of 1971

Subject to such conditions and limitions as may be laid down by the Government and with their prior approval, the Board may, for the promotion and execution of any scheme under this Act, raise loans or borrow money from any bank or other financial institutions 5[or agencies] approved by the Government or from the Life Insurance Corporation of India established under section 3 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (Central Act 31 of 1956).
