Section 17: Clazms to be made to the Com~issioner

Every person having a claim ·.against the Company with regard to any of the matters spec1fied in the Sche­ dule pertaining to any undertaking owned by it shall prefer such claim before ·the Comrmsswner wtthin thirty days from the spec1fied date: . . .

Provided that if the Commtssioner is satisfied that the claimant was prevented by suffietent cause from prefermg the claim Within the said period of thirty days, he may eni:ertam the claim within a further period of thirty days, but not thereafter. .
