( 1) The Super Clays and Minerals Mining Comp~ny (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakmgs) Ordinance, 1983 ( 38 of 1983), is hereby repealed. · . -

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken unaer this Act. • THE SCHEDULE (See sections 7, 17, 18 and 22)

1. Paid up Capital of the Company

2. Sundry creditors as on 2-3-1976 (as per a.udited Balance Sheet .

as on 31-12-1975) ' 3. Other liabilities as on 2-3-1976 •(as per audited Balance Sheet as on 31-12-1975)

4. Unsecured loans as on 2-3-1976 (as per audited Balance Sheet as on 31-!2-1975).
