Section 15: Forfeiture of membership in case of non-payment of contribution

The Kerala Tailoring Workers Welfare Fund Act 1994State Act of Kerala · Act 16 of 1994

Where a member has not paid his contribution under sub-section (1) of section 7 for a continuous period of not less than one year, his membership shall automatically stand cancelled:

Provided that if the Chief Executive Officer is satisfied that the non-payment of contribution was on reasonable grounds, he may revive the membership of the defaulter on payment of arrears of contribution in the manner as may be specified in the scheme.
