Section 19: Closure of accounts

The Kerala Tailoring Workers Welfare Fund Act 1994State Act of Kerala · Act 16 of 1994

(1) The amount outstanding in the account of a member shall be returned to him when he ceases to be a member under section 5 or section 15.

(2) In case a member does not wish to continue his membership the amount outstanding in his account shall be returned to him upon his application, in the manner prescribed.
