Section 28: Removal of difficulties

The Kerala Tax on Employment Act 1976State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1976

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by general or special order published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Act.
