Section 15: Appeal from orders under section 14

(1) Any per~on aggt1eved by the dec1sion of the prescribed authority under ~ectJon 14 may, w1thin three months from the date of the deci~ion, appeal to the Submdmate Judge\ Coutt and the court may pas~ ~uch o1der on the appeal as 1t thmks fit.

(2) The D1~t11ct Court rna y, for the purpose of ~ati~fying itself that an order made many appeal decided by the Subordmate Judge's Court under sub-sect1on (I) was accordmg to law, call for the records of the case and pass such order With respect thereto as it thinks fit.
