Section 21: Compensation how to be paid

All pavments due under section 20 shall be patd to the compensation ollicer or at the neatest Government treasut y or at the taluk office w1thm the jurisdiction of wh1ch the land m re~pect of which Thtruppuvaram is payable is situate, to the credtt of the Government.

22 Board of revenue may condone default.-The Board of Revenue may, by a general Ol. der notified m the Ga.~:ette, or by a special order, for suffictent reason, postpone the payment of any instalment of the compensation or condone default 111 the payment of the com­ pensation.
