Section 42: Pension, Provident Fund, etc

The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayala University Act, 2013State Act of Kerala · Act 24 of 2013

The University shall constitute for the benefit of the officers, teachers and other employees of the University such pension, insurance and provident funds as it may deem fit and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the statutes:

Provided that the University shall have power in consultation with the Finance Committee constituted under 1[section 43] to invest the provident fund amount in such manner as it may determine.
