Section 47: Ordinances

The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayala University Act, 2013State Act of Kerala · Act 24 of 2013

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the Executive Committee shall have power to make Ordinances providing for all or any of the following matters, namely:—

(a) the levy of fees in the University and other institutions under it;

(b) the workload and pattern of teaching staff in the University;

(c) the fixation of the scales of pay of various posts in the University and the terms and conditions of service of the University;

(d) the residence and discipline of students; and

(e) all other matters which by this Act or the Statutes are to be or may be provided by the Ordinances.
