Section 51: Orders

The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayala University Act, 2013State Act of Kerala · Act 24 of 2013

(1) The Executive Committee shall have the power to issue orders not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations for the guidance and working of Boards and Committees and other bodies constituted under the provisions of this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances or the Regulations and for regulating the procedure and conduct of business at meetings of any Authority of the University other than the General Council.

(2) All such orders shall have effect from such date as the Executive Committee may direct, but every such order shall be submitted to the General Council during its next succeeding meeting.

(3) The General Council shall have power to cancel or modify any such order.
