Section 55: Annual Report

The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayala University Act, 2013State Act of Kerala · Act 24 of 2013

(1) The Annual report of the University shall be prepared under 35 the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and shall be submitted to the General Council through the Executive Committee at least one month before the meeting at which is to be considered.

(2) The General Council shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward it to the Government with such comments as may be deemed necessary and the Government shall cause a copy of the report together with its comments to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
