Section 61: Repeal and saving

The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayala University Act, 2013State Act of Kerala · Act 24 of 2013

(1) The Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University Ordinance, 2013 (31 of 2013) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have 36 been done or taken under this Act.
