Section 9: ഒഴിവുകൾ കഴിയുന്ന്രത േവഗം നികേത്തണ്ടതാണ്

(1) ഒരു അംഗം 6-ാം വകുപ്പ ് ്രപകാരം അേയാഗ്യനാക്കെപ്പടുകേയാ 7-ാം വകുപ്പ് ്രപകാരം നീക്കം െചയ്യെപ്പടുകേയാ 8-ാം വകുപ്പ് ്രപകാരം രാജിെവക്കുകേയാ െചയ്യുേമ്പാൾ, അയാൾ േബാർഡിെല ഒരംഗമല്ലാതായിത്തീരുന്നതും, അ്രപകാരമുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഏെതാരു ഒഴിവും സർക്കാർ, കഴിയുന്നിടേത്താളം േവഗം, നികേത്തണ്ടതുമാണ്.

(2) അ്രപകാരമുളള താൽക്കാലിക ഒഴിവിേലക്ക് നിയമിക്കെപ്പടുന്ന ഒരു അംഗത്തിെൻ്റ ഔേദ്യാഗിക കാലാവധി, ഏത് അംഗത്തിെൻ്റ ഒഴിവിലാേണാ അേദ്ദഹം അ്രപകാരം നിയമിക്കെപ്പട്ടത് ്രപസ്തുത അംഗത്തിെൻ്റ േശഷിക്കുന്ന ഔേദ്യാഗിക കാലയളവിേലയ്ക്ക് മാ്രതമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
