All fines realised in connection with prosecution under this Act shall be paid to the 4[account] of the 5[State Town and Country Planning Committee], 6[xxxx] the Development Authority, the Municipal Corporation, the Municipal Council, the Town Panchayat or the Village Panchayat, as the case may be, in the manner prescribed.
